Joshua Diamond

Born in Silver Spring Maryland, Mr. Diamond was raised in the Washington D.C. suburbs up until his high school graduation in 1989. Four years later he went on to obtain his Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University in New York, where he studies political science. During college, Joshua interned for Joseph A. Nicoletti who is a New York State’s Assemblyman.

After he graduated college in 1993, Mr. Diamond continued his work for Assemblyman Nicoletti as his Political Campaign Coordinator when he ran for Mayor. A year later, Joshua went on to law school at the University of Miami, School of Law. It was there that grew in his knowledge and passion for the law. During law school he also served as a law clerk for Miami-Dade County Judge Bernard Jaffe. He also obtained additional law clerk experience with law firms in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Miami. While attending school in Miami, Mr. Diamond was accepted into a legal fraternity known as Phi Delta Phi Honors. He also served in the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office as a Certified Legal Intern.

Once he obtained his Juris degree in 1997, Joshua Diamond was admitted into the Florida Bar and Washington D.C. Bar. This means that he is permitted to practice law in Florida courts, Washington D.C. courts and the United States District Court in Southern Florida. Since then, he has worked out of a few different law firms throughout Coral Gables and Miami, FL.

Mr. Diamond is a member of several different notable associations, including:
